Compostable packaging nets

Made of thermoplastic, compostable polymers from renewable resources. This fully compostable extruded bionet is made of PLA material with our trademark Bio Netting ®.
Our nets are used for packing food and non-food products.
Bio-Netting ® is certified according to the standard EN 13432.
Available in a variety of widths, mesh sizes and colours.
Tubular netting is available on a roll or on a sleeve or pre-made netbags.

* What is "PLA material"?

PLA (PolyLactic Acid, polylactide)

PLA is a 100% bio-based plastic and is manufactured from renewable sources.
It is currently the second most produced and consumed bioplastic in the world in terms of volume. PLA meets the European standard, EN 13432 for fully compostable products. With PLA as basis the bio plastic packaging nets that meet the standard for use in the food industry.

PLA has one more advantage from an environmental point of view, at production of PLA is less energy necessary than with conventional plastics.
